Wedding Postage

All of our wedding parcel deliveries by the nature of size are sent via courier. This assures us of quality in service and also that every care is taken when delivering your wedding stationery and gifts.

To date, we have never received any complaint that a courier parcel has been damaged and this is why we take the option that costs incurred are well worth it as damages on critical deliveries such as stationery can be a disaster.

Packaging and Postage
All of our products are very well packed to prevent damage. Below are our simple postal charges which are nominal to cover costs for UK customers only at this time.

£2.50 for orders up to £19.99
£3.50 for orders £20.00 up to £29.99
£4.50 for orders £30.00 up to £39.99
£5.50 for orders £40.00 up to £69.99
£6.50 for orders from £70.00 and up

Returns Policy
If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us before taking any action.

If your product turns out to be faulty, we will happily exchange it or refund your money, once we have received the goods back and examined them.

Refunds

Web refunds will incur a small percentage charge which is beyond our control and is charged at PayPal refund rates.

If however the refund is due for any reason through no fault of our customer the percentage charge will not apply.
