Click image for downloadable fact sheet Sam Carter 27.06.08 | Pop out the decoupage images and layer with foam pads Stick the completed decoupage to the card front using either double sided tape or foam pads. Stick on your chosen quotation from the pad. Wrap ribbon around the card and tie in a knot.

fact sheet coming soon Sam Carter 28.06.08 | Cover the card blank with Stardream Black card. Arrange the paper flowers and secure with a brad through the centre. Attach the completed flowers onto your matted and layered card and attach to the front of the card. Stick fuchsia ribbon down both sides of the card.
