Returns Policy
If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us before taking any action.
If your product turns out to be faulty, we will happily exchange it or refund your money, once we have received the goods back and examined them.
If you have simply changed your mind about a product that you have received, as long as we receive the product back in re-saleable condition, we will refund the purchase price, less 20% restocking fee once the products have be received by us. All products must be returned in their original packaging to obtain refunds.
Refunds
Refunds will incur a small percentage charge which is beyond our control and is charged at PayPal refund rates.
If however the refund is due for any reason through no fault of our customer the percentage charge will not apply
