We are able to
offer a simple postal charge rates which are nominal to
cover the costs for EU customers due to additional cost to
dispatch to non UK addresses.

Please check before placing any
non UK orders as our charges, whilst very reasonable
may need to be adjusted based on the weight and size of some
products we sell. We are sorry for this additional condition
but it is difficult to calculate with fluctuating currency
rates and the current economic climate.
We do have the
facility to send you a separate invoice to cover any
additional cost if they qualify.
Returns Policy
If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us before taking any action.
If your product turns out to be faulty, we will happily exchange it or refund your money, once we have received the goods back and examined them.
If you have simply changed your mind about a product that you have received, as long as we receive the product back in re-saleable condition, we will refund the purchase price, less
20% restocking fee once the products have be received
by us. All products must be returned in their original packaging to obtain refunds.
Refunds
Refunds will incur
a small percentage charge which is beyond our control and is
charged at PayPal refund rates.
If however the
refund is due for any reason through no fault of our
customer the percentage charge will not apply
