About Us Jasmines Cards is a family run business which started in early 2007. For my part I needed to spend more time with our daughter and found the 9-5 job took me away from spending more time with her. This prompted me leaving the rat race and creating Jasmines Cards enabling our family to remain active in work but flexible enough to spend more time as a family. As craft has always been part of our family from those early years, what better job than one we enjoy "Crafting" About Our Name Quite a few people have asked us where the name ‘Jasmines’ came from as neither of us is called Jasmine!. Well the name comes from our lovely cat. Jasmine was the last of the litter when we adopted her around 13 years ago, She was the smallest of the litter and not a well kitten as we were soon to discover. Jasmine has a recurring medical problem that she has had since birth which causes her a lot of pain as it also does to our wallets when we have to pay for the vets bills! She may be small but she has a big attitude. Likes include: chicken, tuna, chin rubs and chasing small animals. Her dislikes are, small children, loud noises and just about everything else really unless it is on her terms. As quite an old lady now she likes to spend most of her day sleeping. Who Are We Sam, that's me, I'm a mother of one beautiful daughter and wife to Richard. Day to day running is in my hands with Richard helping out with the webmaster part of the business. Since we created Jasmines Cards, the business has gone from strength to strength with increasing customers for both crafts & scrapbooking and our other area, Weddings.
